Per successful charge with a US card. Tap to Pay on your phone adds 10¢ per payment.
Disputes

Per chargeback received, plus $15 if you respond. The response fee is returned if you win.

How much does Froppio cost?
Free costs nothing. Pro is $9.99 per month and Pro+AI is $18.99 per month. Extra texts are $3.99 per 100.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+AI?
Pro adds a toll-free business number and customer text messages. Pro+AI includes a local business number instead, more text messages, and AI that drafts replies to customers and helps manage your schedule. Unlimited emails are included on every plan.
Which plans include text messages?
Pro includes 200 customer text messages per month and Pro+AI includes 300, with a toll-free business number on Pro and a local business number on Pro+AI. Need more? Add a text pack of 100 texts for $3.99. SMS replies require an active, configured number. Self-service number setup and starting new conversations are not yet available.
How do Stripe payments work?
Connect your Stripe account on any plan using Stripe's hosted onboarding. Customers pay by card, and Stripe sends payouts to your bank account. Available for US businesses.
