Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apps, websites, booking pages, and related services provided by Froppio LLC, Washington, USA ("Froppio," "we," "us," or "our"). Together, these are the "Services." Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using Froppio
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Froppio for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and give access only to people authorized to work with your business's information. Tell us at support@froppio.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Our role and your business relationships
Froppio provides tools for customer records, scheduling, booking requests, forms, payment collection and records, and business communications. Features depend on availability, configuration, and the business's plan. A feature described in these Terms is not a promise that it is enabled for every account.
Businesses using Froppio are independent service providers, not Froppio employees or agents. Each business is responsible for its services, qualifications, licenses, pricing, availability, customer instructions, and applicable legal requirements. Froppio does not perform or supervise those services.
Clients should contact the business about the services they book, appointment changes, service quality, cancellation policies, refunds, and billing disputes. Froppio support can assist with the platform itself.
Appointments and forms
Businesses must keep their booking information current and clearly disclose their prices and any cancellation, no-show, deposit, or refund policies before a client agrees to them. A booking request may require the business's acceptance; submitting a request does not by itself guarantee an appointment.
Clients must provide accurate contact and booking information and review the business's terms. Cancellation and rescheduling options depend on the appointment and the business's settings. Changing or canceling an appointment does not automatically refund a payment.
Businesses are responsible for the content and suitability of their forms and for obtaining any required permissions or signatures. Froppio's form tools are not legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Payments and subscriptions
Where enabled, card payments and saved payment methods use Stripe. Businesses using connected Stripe accounts must also comply with the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and applicable Stripe terms. Stripe may require onboarding and verification and may restrict payment availability.
Businesses must obtain the client's authorization for each charge and any permission required to save or use a payment method. Saving a card, making a booking, or agreeing to these Terms is not blanket authorization for future charges. Cash entries record money the business reports receiving; Froppio does not collect that cash.
The business is responsible for its prices, taxes, receipts, refunds, and handling customer disputes, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Processing fees and settlement conditions are governed by the applicable Stripe terms. Contact the business about a refund; do not assume an appointment cancellation reverses a charge.
Paid Froppio subscriptions are separate from payments a client makes to a business. Review the price, billing interval, included features, usage limits, and renewal terms shown at checkout before subscribing. Recurring subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout unless canceled. Available subscription changes and cancellation are managed through the subscription management page and Stripe's hosted portal. Review the effective date shown there; deleting the app or stopping its use does not cancel a subscription. Contact support@froppio.com about billing questions or refund requests. These Terms do not set a new subscription price or override rights required by law.
Customer information and content
You retain your rights in the records, messages, forms, images, and other content you provide. You give Froppio permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Public booking information is visible to people who visit the business's booking page; private customer records are not intended for public posting.
Businesses must have a lawful basis for collecting and using customer information, provide required notices, obtain required consents, and limit team access appropriately. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Do not assume Froppio meets a specialized regulatory or professional requirement without confirming that with us.
Where AI-assisted reply suggestions are enabled, relevant conversation and business context may be processed by AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Suggestions can be inaccurate. The business must review them before use; generating a suggestion does not send a message.
Text messaging terms
Froppio uses Twilio to support text communications between businesses and their clients where messaging is enabled. Messages may concern appointments and reminders, scheduling changes, questions about services, and two-way customer support. Availability depends on the business's configuration, plan, and applicable provider and carrier requirements.
Permission to send messages
A business must obtain and keep evidence of any consent required for the particular message type before sending messages through Froppio, identify itself to recipients, and honor withdrawal of consent. Adding a phone number to a customer record, making a booking, or accepting these Terms does not by itself establish SMS consent. These Terms do not enroll anyone in text messages or substitute for a separate opt-in disclosure.
The public booking form offers a separate, optional, unchecked SMS box for appointment and customer-support messages from the business named on that page through Froppio. To opt in, provide your mobile number, select the box, and send the booking request. Consent is not required to book or make a purchase and does not include marketing messages. We retain the submitted opt-in even if the appointment cannot be booked; leaving the box unchecked does not grant new consent or withdraw an earlier opt-in. To withdraw consent, follow the STOP or contact instructions below.
Do not send unsolicited messages, use purchased contact lists, or send promotional messages based only on consent to appointment or support communications. Businesses must follow applicable messaging laws, Twilio's Messaging Policy, and carrier rules. A business must not continue messaging a recipient who has opted out.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies with appointments and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges. Message delivery and timing are not guaranteed; carrier filtering, network availability, and provider restrictions can affect messages. Do not use Froppio messaging for emergencies.
Stopping messages and getting help
To stop texts from a business, reply STOP to its sending number. For text-message help, reply HELP. Keyword responses and blocking are handled by the messaging provider where supported and configured; Froppio does not promise a separate automated keyword response.
You can also contact the sending business directly or email support@froppio.com for help or to request that messages stop, particularly if a keyword does not work. Include enough information to identify the sending business and affected number, but do not send passwords or payment details. A request concerns the identified sender; it does not automatically stop messages from every other business using Froppio. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment, payment obligation, or subscription. Arrange another way to receive important appointment information with the business.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Messaging providers receive information needed to deliver messages, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Froppio to break the law, deceive or impersonate others, harass people, send spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or distribute harmful software. Do not access another business's records without authorization, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the Services. You are responsible for the activities you authorize in your account.
Froppio software and third-party services
Froppio and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and other platform materials. You may use them through the Services for their intended purpose subject to these Terms; this does not transfer ownership. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Third-party services, including payment and messaging providers, have their own terms and privacy policies. Froppio does not control their availability or decisions. Neither these Terms nor a messaging feature represents carrier approval, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
Availability and account closure
We work to keep Froppio useful and reliable, but interruptions, errors, and feature changes can occur. Keep copies of records you need for your business. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or provider restrictions. You can stop using Froppio and contact support@froppio.com to request account closure. Manage any paid subscription separately before closure. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy, and outstanding payment obligations and applicable legal rights are not erased by closing an account.
Changes and questions
We may update these Terms as the Services change. The date above identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes through the Services or the account contact information before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
