Do customers need an app or an account?
No. Customers open your booking link in a browser, choose a service and time, and enter their contact details. You accept the request before the appointment is confirmed.
Are reminders and text messages included?
Email confirmations and reminders are unlimited on every plan. Pro and Pro+AI add 200 or 300 customer text messages per month, with optional text packs when you need more; number setup is not yet self-service.
Can I take payments through Stripe?
Connect your Stripe account on any plan using Stripe's hosted onboarding. Customers pay by card, and Stripe sends payouts to your bank account. Available for US businesses.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan has no subscription fee and includes online booking, your calendar, client records, and forms. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+AI when you need text messaging or AI replies.
Can customers cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes, if you turn on appointment-management links. Customers can cancel or reschedule from their link, within the deadlines you set.
