Your booking page is where customers browse your services, see open times, and book. It takes four short steps to set up: add your services, set your hours, choose your booking rules, and turn on your page. Customers book in their browser, with no app or account needed.
Add your services
Go to More → Services and tap Add. For each service, enter:
- Name: a term customers recognise, such as "Full groom" or "Initial consultation".
- Description: what's included and who it's for.
- Price and Duration (minutes).
- Buffer before and Buffer after: time to prepare or tidy up, kept free in your calendar.
- Color: so you can spot the service at a glance in your calendar.
Keep Active switched on for services customers can book. Use Reorder to put your most popular services at the top, and attach forms to a service when you need intake details before the visit.
Set your working hours
Go to More → Working hours. Under Weekly availability, switch on the days you work and set a Start and End time. Tap Add availability to split a day around a lunch break, then Save.
Use Special availability for holidays and one-off changes, and check your business timezone under More → Profile → Business so customers see the right times.
Choose your booking rules
Go to More → Appointment rules. Set a Minimum booking notice so nobody books five minutes before you open. Under Customer appointment management, turn on Allow customer cancellation and Allow customer rescheduling, and choose how late customers can make changes, in minutes, hours, or days.
Turn on your booking page
Go to More → Website and switch on Enable website. Under Your booking link, pick a short name. Your page will live at fropp.io/book/yourname.
Add your logo and a short Business description (up to 300 characters) so customers know they're in the right place.
Share your link
Tap Copy link and add it to your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, website, and message signature. Tap Open link to see the page exactly as customers will.
Pick a short name you're happy to keep. If you change it later, links you've already shared will stop working.
