Online bookings arrive as requests, so nothing lands in your calendar without your say. Here's how to review requests, keep your calendar up to date, and make sure customers turn up.
See new requests
New bookings appear on your Home screen under Needs your attention, marked Pending booking. Tap Review to open one, or Review pending to see every Appointment to confirm in one list. You'll also get a notification for each new request in More → Notifications.
Confirm or decline
Open the request, check the service, time, and customer, then tap Confirm. The customer gets a confirmation email straight away. If the time doesn't work, decline the request and the customer is told by email.
Reschedule or cancel
To move an appointment, open it, tap Edit, change the Date & time, then tap Review booking → Save changes. To call it off, tap Cancel. Your calendar, availability, and the customer's email updates all follow automatically.
If you've allowed customer cancellation and rescheduling, customers can make these changes themselves from their booking link, within the deadlines you set.
Add appointments yourself
Took a booking by phone? In Calendar, tap Add and choose:
- Client appointment: pick the customer, services, time, price and deposit, and add notes.
- Personal event: for your own plans.
- Blocked time: to stop customers booking a slot.
Appointments you add yourself are confirmed right away.
Send reminders
Go to More → Reminders and switch on Send appointment reminders. Set the Time before appointment, for example 1 day, then tap Add reminder to add a second one, such as 2 hours before. Tap Save reminders. Every confirmed appointment gets them automatically.
Keep client records
Open Customers and tap a name to see their contact details and full Appointment history: upcoming, past, and cancelled. Use Notes to save preferences and details for next time, and Book, Message, or Charge straight from their record.
